Returns and Cancellations

Consumers in Finland and the EU generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. We also offer a 14-day return period for orders delivered outside the EU, unless mandatory local consumer law gives the customer broader rights.

To cancel or return an order, you must notify us by email at info@veistamo.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Simply returning the item or failing to collect it is not enough. The returned item must be sent back within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

The product must be returned in its original condition and carefully packed. As our ceramic products are handmade, small variations in shape, surface, and shade are a natural part of the product and are not considered defects.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us without delay at info@veistamo.com and include photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait until we have received the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, before issuing the refund.

The right to return does not apply to personalised products, custom-made items, or products otherwise made specifically to the customer’s requirements.
